The Oola Dream Tour.

Meet the OolaGuys.

What is Oola

That state of awesomeness. It is when your life is balanced and growing in the seven key areas of life; the 7 F's of Oola (fitness, finance, family, field, faith, friends, and fun.)

Oola is simply a life that is balanced and growing in all the key areas of health and well-being. It can be a noun or a verb. It can be a destination or a feeling. It can be as complex as a life growing and balanced in fitness, finance family, field, faith, friends, and fun (the 7 F's of Oola), or as simple as a sunset, a quiet book on the beach, or a special moment with a child. It is that place we all shoot for in life. That feeling we experience and we celebrate our successes along the way. In short, Oola is cool.

The 7 F's of Oola

Each F represents a key area in life. They are: fitness, finance, family, field, faith, friends, and fun.

OolaBlockers

If you truly have a desire to balance and grow your life, it is paramount that you identify those things in your life that hold you back. We call these the OolaBlockers.

We picked seven, for the very simple reason that we at Oola like the number seven. Also, the seven we chose are the ones that personally have had the greatest impact on our journey to Oola. They are also the traits and characteristics that we commonly observe that affect the journeys of others.

They are:

  • Fear
  • Guilt
  • Anger
  • Self-Sabotage
  • Laziness
  • Envy
  • Lack of Focus

They are:

  • Gratitude
  • Love
  • Discipline

The Valve

Your valve is what motivates you, what naturally inspires you. When a tire is low or flat, you use the valve to inject air. The valve is where you inject your highest value system. What pumps you up? Which F of Oola naturally motivates you? Is it family, finance, fitness? By tapping into what you are naturally good at and drawn toward, you can inject this power to help you improve the areas in which you are weak.

The Hub

The hub of the wheel is the key. It is the base, the foundation, the core from which everything else emanates. Without a solid and secure hub, even with perfectly balanced spokes, the wheel will ultimately fail. What is your hub? This is your question to ponder. What is the foundation on which your life is built? What is your anchor?

Step 1: The Wheel

In order to grow, you must be real. You need to objectively see things for how they truly are at this moment. By answering three simple questions in the 7 key areas of life, you will establish a starting point. The OolaWheel and the OolaScore will quickly reveal where you are today and expose which areas of your life could use some work.

Step 2: The OolaPlan

The OolaPlan is simple by design. Putting a pen to paper is a huge first step and the one that limits countless people from the life they deserve and desire. You can be more detailed and specific if you like, the point is simply to take action.

You will start by writing down 3 OolaLife Goals for each of the 7 F's of Oola and then write one thing you can do in the next week to get you closer to your goal, and one thing you can do in the next month to get closer to your goal. When you are finalizing all of your goals, you'll want to make sure all of your goals fit Oola's modified S.M.A.R.T format:

S: Specific

M: Measurable

A: Accountable

R: Realistic

T: Time (Linked to time)

Step 3: The OolaPath

After completing the OolaWheel to find out where you are today, and the OolaPlan to determine where you would like to be, now it's time to devise and implement the action steps required to get you there ... the OolaPath. There are three characteristics necessary in your OolaPath in order to reach your milestones and achieve your dreams.

1) action steps

2) tracking

3) accountability
