In order to grow, you must be real. You need to objectively see things for how they truly are at this moment. By answering three simple questions in the 7 key areas of life, you will establish a starting point. Step 2: The OolaPlan
The OolaPlan is simple by design. Putting a pen to paper is a huge first step and the one that limits countless people from the life they deserve and desire. You can be more detailed and specific if you like, the point is simply to take action.
You will start by writing down 3 OolaLife Goals for each of the 7 F's of Oola and then write one thing you can do in the next week to get you closer to your goal, and one thing you can do in the next month to get closer to your goal. When you are finalizing all of your goals, you'll want to make sure all of your goals fit Oola's modified S.M.A.R.T format:

Step 3: The OolaPath
After completing the OolaWheel to find out where you are today, and the OolaPlan to determine where you would like to be, now it's time to devise and implement the action steps required to get you there ... the OolaPath. There are three characteristics necessary in your OolaPath in order to reach your milestones and achieve your dreams.
