What to expect:

The 21 day #OolaFitness Challenge is designed to help spur action in your life and, as a result, give you the momentum you need to pursue a healthier you this new year. 

Each daily challenge will include:

  • A graphic and motivational quote to inspire.
  • A healthy dinner recipe provided by Nutritional Consultant, Madeline Given. Each nutritional recipe will include the full list of ingredients and cooking directions. We will send each week's grocery list a week in advance.
  • A 10 to 20 minute at-home bodyweight workout with beginner, intermediate and advanced workout routines provided by Annie Copinga.
